Experiments have shown that an accurate 0.3ml fluid replenishment volume can effectively inhibit the increase of internal resistance by 40%, and the combined air-cooling and water-cooling heat dissipation system can stabilize the working temperature at below 45℃, which is 15-20℃ lower than the traditional solution. The modular design of the system supports flexible expansion, and in combination with high-precision micro injectors and intelligent temperature control, it provides a reliable solution for lithium battery maintenance.
My innovative automatic fluid replenishment technology and mixed heat dissipation scheme not only extend the battery performance and service life, but also reduce electronic waste, and have significant environmental protection value.
