My journey into fitness began with the desire to change my overweight body shape. At the age of 15 in the 9th grade, I weighed over 90 kilograms. When I heard people calling me “little fat guy”, I made up my mind to lose weight. It took me 9 months to reduce my weight to 68 kilograms. Since then, I have developed the habit of going to the gym every day. I sweat profusely in the gym and also find inner peace here.
